The Magnum-Dimensions CSW Series inverters are pure sine wave, designed to be powerful, yet simple to operate. The CSW Series has a small footprint designed to fit into tight vehicle, RV and marine spaces, providing you with reliable AC power for trouble free use. They range in size from 400 watts to 2000 watts.  Plug in two 110 devices directly into the CSW and be assured the GFCI oultet will quickly stop the flow of electricity should a ground fault occur.  You can also power and charge USB enabled devices with the available USB port.

The Magnum Energy MS Series inverter/chargers are pure sine wave designed specifically for the most demanding mobile, backup, and off-grid applications. The MS Series is powerful, easy-to-use, and cost effective.  The Power Factor Corrected (PFC) Charger is built into all MS Series inverter/chargers. It uses less energy from a generator than a standard charger – using 25-30% less AC current than standard chargers.

Install the MS Series in four easy steps: simply connect the inverter’s output to your distribution circuits or electrical panel, connect your utility power cable to the inverter’s easy-to-reach terminal block, connect the batteries, and switch on the power.

What do they run?

Our Power Inverters can power a wide range of household appliances including small motors, hair dryers, TVs, microwaves, and other electrical devices. As with any appliance using batteries for power, there is a certain length of time that it can run – this is called “run time.” Actual run time depends on several variables including the size and the type of appliance, the type of batteries installed in your application, as well as the battery’s capacity and age. Other factors such as the battery’s state of charge and temperature can also affect the length of time your appliances can run.

For optimum performance, a minimum battery bank of 200 AH is recommended for moderate loads (<1000W) and greater than 400 AH for heavy loads (≥1000W).

It’s important to know the difference between inverter types, most commonly Pure Sine Wave/True Sine Wave and Modified Sine Wave Inverters.

Pure and True Sine Wave are the same type of clean power output, perfect for sensitive electronics like HDTV’s or rechargeable battery equipped electronics. Modified Sine Wave is a dirty electrical output, best for devices that simply use electrical energy like a drill or hair dryer. Using a modified sine wave inverter can damage rechargeable batteries and other sensitive electrical devices. All of our inverters are Pure Sine Wave.
